How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our Los Angeles warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the Los Angeles Metro Official Store ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to transit enthusiasts worldwide soon.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Can I use my TAP card to pay for merchandise?
At this time, TAP cards are strictly for transit fare and cannot be used as a payment method on our online store. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Are these the same items sold at the Metro headquarters?
Yes, our online store features the same authentic, licensed apparel and collectibles found at our physical pop-up locations and the Metro shop in Union Station.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the item to arrange a complimentary replacement.
